Return/Cancellation – Refund Policy

  • When the delivered product does not match what you have ordered, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours and the product can be replaced or money shall be refunded only if the product is undamaged.
  • If the plant is replanted into the ground or changed into other pots, it shall not be considered for the replacement or return.
  • If you choose same-day delivery for an order, canceling an order is not accepted.
  • No products will be considered for return if the product is unpacked or damaged.
  • If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit Card ( or original method of payment).
  • You will receive a refund in 7 to 10 working days depending on the card issuer’s policy or the bank.
