HIGHLIGHTS

PLANTING & CARE

• Temperature – Prefers temperature between 30F .
• Water – Newly planted– When planting the Bluebell Plant immersed in water, pot the Bluebell Plant in a 1 to 2-gallon planting container and set the planter in your pond so it is covered by at least 3 inches of water.
• Light – Give them a light feed with a granular general plant food after flowering.
• Fertilizer – If the test returns normal results, apply an 8-8-8 or 10-10-10 general fertilizer at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds per 100 square feet. Do this in the spring before any new shoots emerge.
• Pruning – Repeat every two weeks to keep the weeds from damaging the plant’s roots. After weeding, prune your bluebell flowers by pinching off the tips of any fading flowers and by cutting the taller flowering stalks one-third of the way down after blooming has ceased.
